"The law enforcement agencies must sharpen their teeth and be ruthless against those who have been found guilty of any offense related to children and by so doing this will send a strong message to the perpetrators (killers, rapists and all others), no mercy for them", said, Ms Lindiwe Ntshalintshali (MEC for Social Development) during the closing ceremony for Child Protection Week at Manzini Community Hall.
